BYF is a fictional, local farming cooperative interested in launching a new line of on-the-go meal products. They are curious about what constitutes healthy and desirable food, both in terms of eating experience and food attributes, and how they might develop simpler, healthier alternatives to salty snacks and power bars. The objective of this poster is to help BYF understand better the Adventurous Foodies segment of the population.
